PROUD! FILMFESTIVAL | LGBTQ-film i Paradis | OKT 2020

Programrelease 2020

PROUD! Filmfestival præsenterer: Programrelease d. 5. september kl. 19:00 i Øst for Paradis

Set in Switzerland, our story follows Ayaneh, a young refugee from Afghanistan. One day at a public swimming pool she meets Anna and instantly feels attracted to her. As the relationship between the two women develops, Ayaneh is confronted with growing resistance from her religious family.

NOBODY WANTS YOUR TRUTH af Diego Romas:

After two years in the shadows, Victor tests Alejandro for the very last time: either he reveals their relationship to the media or he loses him forever.

HENRY’S HEART af Luna Ferguson (som Joshua M. Ferguson) & Florian Halbedl:

After a near death experience, Henry awakens in an overgrown field and embarks on a reflection of his life by reliving memories of his past loves.

Henry’s Heart is a love story told across time.

SAY IT OUT LOUD af Zaccaria Ofelia Zanin:

Francesco finds the courage to face the truth about himself.

SPARKLING CANDLES af Thanasis Neofotistos:

A young guy, listening to “Power Of Love” on repeat, gets prepared to offer himself as a sex-toy to his boyfriend, as a celebration gift for their 3rd anniversary.

MY BROTHER IS A MERMAID af Alfie Dale:

My Brother is a Mermaid is a social realist fairytale about a trans-feminine teenager, as seen through the eyes of their 7 year old brother. Set in a desolate and prejudiced coastal town, the film examines how a child’s unconditional love can be a powerful and disruptive force for good.

HEART TO HEART af Lilah Vandenburgh:

A young girl is scared to make the first move. But her heart has something to say about it. Literally.
